Mr. Saud Abdulaziz Alroomi, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Baku has participated in the 4^th Baku International Theatre Conference which was held at Azerbaijan National Musical Theatre. Mr. Abulfas Garayev the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan had made an opening speech.
